I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and quiet, making it a super recommended choice for anyone. However, I found that the air flow or ventilation wasn't great, and it got VERY muggy every time I showered. The service was exceptional, with really friendly and helpful staff who showed us great hospitality. The location was fabulous, right behind Lotte Hotel and just a few minutes walk to the metro station, perfect for enjoying the heart of Somyeon with its abundance of restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas. The dining experience, although with limited choices, was good with healthy and tasty options. The facilities were top-notch, exceeding my expectations.
